Flag Football - FALL 2023
Description & Rules:
Bishop's Intramurals offers coed 7 vs 7 (non-contact) flag football leagues. Games are 50 minutes (25-minute halves), with 5 minute warm-up and a 5-minute half time. Teams are to switch ends at half. The game follows standard Football Canada Flag guidelines. Teams have four consecutive downs to advance to the next zone line to gain a new set of downs. When the flag is taken from the runner, the down ends, and the ball is declared dead. A pass receiver must come down with at least one foot in bounds. Provided refs will call all respective faults and flags.
