Ultimate Frisbee - FALL 2023
Description & Rules:
Bishop's Intramurals offers recreational 7 vs 7 outdoor ultimate frisbee. Games are 50 minutes (25-minute halves), with a 5-minute warm-up and 5-minute halftime. Teams are to switch ends after every point. The game follows standard Ultimate Canada rules. Only one player may guard the handler, no steps are permitted except a maximum of 3 steps after a catch, and a 10-second stall count while holding the disc. Players are expected to call their own faults and fouls. The league will run over the course of 5-6 weeks including playoffs. Participants are allowed to be wearing cleats with no metal studs. Pinnies and frisbees will be provided for each game.
