Basketball (Mondays) - FALL 2024
Description & Rules:
Bishop's Intramurals offers both competitive & recreational 5 vs. 5 basketball leagues played in Mitchell and Denver Gym (half gym). Games are 50-minutes (25-minute running clock halves), with a 5-minute warm-up and a 5-minute half-time. Teams are to switch ends at the half. The game follows standard FIBA rules, provided refs will call travels, double dribble, jump balls, and fouls as they see fit. When playing in the gym, participants must be wearing indoor sneakers or basketball shoes. A shirt is required at all times. Pinnies and balls will be provided for each game.
